Rick Krebs

Rick Krebs - Mergers and Acquisitions Professional, CPA and Certified Exit Planner (CEPA)

Rick brings a unique blend of sales, entrepreneurial, and financial experience to the Business Sales Group. He began his career as a CPA, working in Nevada and Utah where valuable financial experience was gained. He uses those skills every day. He graduated with a Master's of Science Degree and a Bachelor's Degree from Utah State University. As a business owner he started Liberty Mortgage, a mortgage bank licensed in 23 states nationwide. He eventually sold the successful company to an investor from California. He has been in the M&A space helping people sell their businesses since July 2010. During his first year with BRC, he listed and sold more businesses than the entire office combined.

As a sale-side and buy-side advisor for Mergers and Acquisitions transactions Rick's advisory, accounting, and management skills are invaluable when advising sellers as they maneuver the intricate details of the deal through closing. Rick is also a CNA (Certified Negotiation Expert) which helps him negotiate the most favorable terms for clients in a transaction.

Rick was quoted by FORBES as an expert sales-side advisor who helps Sellers avoid the pitfalls of selling a business.

Heather Krebs

Heather Krebs, Mergers & Acquisitions Professional and Principal Broker

Heather Krebs is a dynamic, energetic person who has over 14 years of business selling and real estate experience. She was Rookie of The Year in her first year with REMax Canyons. She was one of the top three agents in the company. As a negotiator she has negotiated favorable terms for both buyers and sellers for hundreds of business and real estate transactions. Prior to obtaining a license with the Division of Real Estate, she started, owned and managed two successful businesses: a mortgage company and a manufacturing company. She has extensive experience running a business. She is the marketing genius behind the professional business profiles assembled for our listings. She attended both Utah State University and the University of Utah before deciding she wanted to go out on her own as an entrepreneur.

On a personal level, Rick and Heather both enjoy the outdoors including hiking, camping, riding, training and showing horses and being the proud parents of 4 children.

Jennifer Webster

Jennifer Webster, Administrative Assistant

Jennifer Webster is an Administrative Assistant who keeps things running behind the scenes. Jennifer graduated from Southern Utah University with Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She began her career as a Licensed Private Probation Provider working with the Utah State Courts.

She supervised low-risk criminal offenders on probation and/or electronic monitoring, and she regularly attended court hearings. Following her work in Private Probation, Jennifer moved into the field of Private Investigations and was contracted with the Workers’ Compensation Fund as a Licensed Private Investigator. As part of the investigative team, Jennifer was tasked with filming and documenting possible fraudulent activities of workers collecting compensation. She would also attend court hearings related to cases. Working in the fields of Private Probation and Private Investigations required Jennifer to pass extensive background screening. After several years of working as a Private Investigator, Jennifer left the field to raise her children. Now that her children are grown, she has re-entered the workforce with Business Sales Group.

In addition to handling the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, Jennifer helps to oversee the valuation side of the business and is the point of contact for valuation clients. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her a valuable addition to the company. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, scrapbooking, camping, and traveling with her family and dog.

Kamille Mahoney

Kamille Mahoney, Associate

Kamille Mahoney, Associate, is a college student at Utah State University whose major is Accounting. She recently graduated from Snow College, earning an Associates in Arts (AA) degree. Her skill set is unique, and she is not only a great numbers person, she is a talented artist and musician. Kamille handles the back office, preparing Offering Memorandums, design, and valuation work.
